OUR FRESHNESS PROMISE
Everything at Nord Bakes is made to order using carefully chosen ingredients. Your order is baked fresh and prepared for collection at its best.
Most products are best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Store them in a cool, dry place or refrigerate where appropriate, following any product-specific storage guidance.
ORDER LEAD TIMES
Because everything is freshly made to order, preparation time can vary depending on the product.
Lead times are shown at checkout. If you need something for a specific date — such as a birthday, celebration or gift — please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take great care preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send us your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll work with you to put things right.
RETURNS
Because our products are freshly made food items, we're unable to accept returns in the same way as non-perishable goods.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
COLLECTION
Orders can be collected from us in Market Harborough at a day and time arranged with us.
You can also pre-order for Saturday collection at Harborough Market if you'd like to make sure a particular bake is waiting for you.
